PROMOTION REGULATIONS

§1. General Provisions

1. The organizer of the promotion is VIDIS Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Kobierzyce, ul. Logistyczna 4, 55-040 Bielany Wrocławskie (hereinafter: "Organizer").
2. The promotion is addressed to:
   • a) end customers purchasing Avtek monitors,
   • b) business partners acting on behalf of the end customer.
3. The promotion allows obtaining an annual AvtekSign CMS license (hereinafter: "License") for a purchased Avtek TS series monitor (interactive monitors) or DS (information monitors).

§2. Duration of the promotion

1. The promotion covers Avtek TS and Avtek DS monitors purchased from January 1, 2026.
2. The promotion lasts until further notice. The Organizer may end the promotion at any time, but the termination does not affect the rights of Participants who made a purchase before the termination date.

§3. Conditions for participation

1. A Participant who purchases an Avtek TS or DS monitor is entitled to receive one License assigned to one device serial number.
2. To take advantage of the promotion, the Participant must jointly:
   • a) within 3 months of the purchase date, fill out the electronic application form available on the Organizer's website,
   • b) provide the serial number of the purchased monitor,
   • c) provide the e-mail address registered in the AvtekSign system,
   • d) attach proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice).
3. The Organizer, after positive verification of the application, activates the License within 1–7 business days.
4. If the provided serial number, contact details or proof of purchase are incorrect or illegible, the application will be rejected. The Participant may resubmit the application after correcting the data.
5. The License is:
   • a) free of charge,
   • b) non-transferable,
   • c) assigned to a specific monitor serial number,
   • d) valid for 12 months from the date of activation,
   • e) non-refundable.

§4. Devices covered by the promotion

1. The promotion covers all Avtek TS (interactive) and Avtek DS (information) monitors purchased in the Organizer's official sales channel.
2. The promotion also covers purchases made as part of tenders, public procurement, and educational projects.
3. The promotion applies to purchases made in Poland and within the European Union, provided the devices come from the Organizer's official distribution.

§5. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the promotion and activation applications can be sent to the e-mail address: cms@avtek.eu.
2. Complaints will be considered within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the application.
3. Complaints regarding the operation of the AvtekSign system are subject to a separate technical support procedure.

§6. Personal data

1. The administrator of the personal data of Promotion Participants is the Organizer.
2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of:
   • a) handling the application,
   • b) verifying the right to participate in the promotion,
   • c) activation of the License.
3. Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Organizer's privacy policy.

§7. Final provisions

1. The regulations are available on the Organizer's website and may be made available to business partners.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations, provided that the changes do not violate the rights of Participants who made a purchase before their introduction.
3. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
